Whistleblower Law Firm Has Been Retained by Sergeant First Class Richard Stayskal

Attorney Natalie Khawam of the Whistleblower Law Firm has been retained by Sergeant First Class Richard Stayskal. Due to an outdated law, Stayskal and his family will be unable to file a medical malpractice suit due to him being an active soldier in the military. Ms. Khawam and her firm are preparing to challenge the constitutionality of the existing law that bars soldiers and active military from suing for medical malpractice.

Attorney Natalie Khawam said, “I look forward to representing Sergeant First Class Richard Stayskal. We owe him and our Veterans the best medical care and the same equal rights, especially when they’ve been wronged.”

One of the firm’s main practice areas is Veterans Benefits. Khawam focuses on helping Veterans navigate the various phases of the claims process. The Whistleblower Law Firm understands the unique challenges that Veterans and service members face when dealing with the Veteran’s Administration.
