Attorney Mark Rasch Will Be Joining The Whistleblower Law Firm

The Whistleblower Law Firm, P.A., is pleased to announce a new addition to their firm, attorney Mark D. Rasch. Mr. Rasch brings 25 years of experience in both the private and public sector working as an attorney and a computer security and privacy expert.

Founder of the firm, attorney Natalie Khawam, is thrilled to have Mr. Rasch on board. She said, “Mark will provide a width depth of both legal expertise and knowledge in corporate and government cyber security, computer privacy, regulatory compliance, computer forensics and incident response. Before joining the Whistleblower Law Firm, Mr. Rasch was the chief security evangelist for Verizon Enterprise Solutions and worked as a cyberlaw editor for SecurityCurrent.com, as chief privacy officer for SAIC and as a director at various information security consulting companies, including CSC, FTI Consulting, Solutionary, Predictive Systems and Global Integrity Corp. Attorney Rasch also worked for the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) where he started the computer crime unit within the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section. 

In addition to his Of Counsel position at the Whistleblower Law Firm, Attorney Rasch is also an adjunct faculty member at the George Washington University School of Law where he teaches classes in computer crime. He appears regularly in the media on issues that are related to information security and has written numerous articles about the internet, social media, data breaches, espionage and sabotage on the internet, hacking, cyberbullying, catfishing and protecting children online.
