Vision Films and MVD Entertainment Group Announce the DVD Release of Theatrical Pop Musical Stuck (9/17), Manson: Music From an Unsound Mind (9/17), and Eternal Code (10/6)
LOS ANGELES, July 30, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Vision Films Inc. (“Vision”) and MVD Entertainment Group (“MVD”) announced jointly on Tuesday the DVD release of the feature films, Stuck (starring Grammy Award winner Ashanti, Emmy Award-nominated Giancarlo Esposito, Oscar nominee and Golden Globe winner Amy Madigan, Arden Cho, Omar Chaparro and Gerard Canonico) and Eternal Code (starring Richard Tyson, Scout Taylor Compton, Billy Wirth, Mel Novak, Erika Hoveland), and the feature documentary, Manson: Music from an Unsound Mind (featuring interviews with Gregg Jakobson, Dianne Lake, Stephen Desper, Phil Kaufman).

Action, guns, and futuristic medical treatments collide in Eternal Code where, breaking all moral and ethical codes, a genetic research company has developed a miracle device to sustain human life for the rich and powerful. When the company’s CEO (Erika Hoveland) refuses to approve these illegal methods, she and her husband (Billy Wirth) are kidnapped by a team of mercenaries (Scout Taylor-Compton, Harley Wallen) hired by Oliver (Richard Tyson) to keep them out of the way. Fearing for her parents’ lives, their teenage daughter (Angelina Danielle Cama) must develop an unlikely ally (Damien Chinappi) to save her parents from those who would kill to live forever.
Rounding out the three films is Manson: Music from an Unsound Mind which reveals the untold story of Charles Manson’s obsession to become a rock star, his rise in the LA music scene, the celebrities who championed his music, his tragic friendship with The Beach Boys’ Dennis Wilson, and his descent into violence and chaos once his dreams fell apart. Interviews include family member Dianne Lake, who joined Manson’s cult at just 14 years old and was arrested with him two years later; Dennis Wilson’s song-writing partner Gregg Jakobson who became Manson’s closest ally on the LA scene and was a key witness for the prosecution at his trial; Manson’s fellow inmate from 1966, Phil Kaufman, who would become the cult-leader’s music manager and release his only ever album; Beach Boys' producer Stephen Desper, who recorded Manson at Brian Wilson’s home studio; Ernie Knapp, the guitarist in Manson’s only ever band The Milky Way and many more.
