Urethane vacuum casting technology helps to produce silicone rubber mold components swiftly, effectively, and accurately. Production of Cast urethane using this process is the best way to test pre-manufactured components, functionality and design verification appropriately. Vacuum casting, which is also known as polyurethane casting, can be adapted to simulate final injection molded components or finished productions. Generally, models are made from silicone rubber, and WayKen adopts the use of a CNC or SLA components as a standby master pattern. These molds help to copy details and textures and also add consistent finishing touches from one component to the next.
WayKen’s vacuum casting technology helps users improve the production of cast urethane components, often for pre-production assessments, functional tests, and reduced volume production. Cast urethane plastics vacuum components are fast and do not require exorbitant costs. WayKen's vacuum casting technology does not require the investment of any metal implementation and can be submitted within 8-9 days on average.

SILICONE RUBBER MOLD PRODUCTION:
The silicone rubber mold also known as RTV mold is manufactured based on the indication of a planned master design. The chemical constituents, self-releasing characteristics and flexibility of silicone rubber are affective in that it produces a reduction in the shrinkage and helps project fine description effectively and accurately. The time of service of the silicone mold is related directly to the standardization of the casting component. Typically, it produces 12-15 pieces before it degrades. If the shape of the component is a simple one, a mold might just be able to produce 20 components but if the component requires an increase in quality as in the clear complicated component, one mold can only produce 12 or even as less as 10 casting components. The silicone rubber mold is one of the products of the urethane casting machine.
POLYURETHANE CASTING PRODUCTION:
Polyurethane casting can be match efficiently by the client's clear specification irrespective of the color, insert and over molding, texture and glossy finishes, or even optically clear characteristics. The vacuum casting is a very perfect prototype for a reduced volume plastic casting. When volumes do not attest to investment in injection molding and short run scale production component, it can take several weeks before the production tooling can be made available. This vacuum casting machine is also software embedded making it easy for installation and also easy usage by end users.
