Our team’s travel allowed them to connect with people from other regions. This year, we went on business trips to different states, where we learned best practices from other regions. We also went to Florida as a team and networked with industry leaders.”
Professional development was high on the list of accomplishments for the Evolution MPC team in 2017. “We all continued to grow through our ongoing learning environment,” said Katie. “One of our educational highlights was meeting with the industry vice president who provided top-tier training for our entire office.”

Katie noted that the firm will continue to build on the 2017 accomplishments as well. “The time we spent learning from other regions, as well as from top leaders, puts us in a position to be more effective in our on-site outreach initiatives,” she said.
