Every inch of Loews Miami Beach Hotel’s outdoor space was utilized to recreate Miami’s most iconic neighborhoods. 360 Destination Group’s team blended the entire oceanfront space seamlessly with the hotel’s indoor space, with the final night of the invitational culminating in a private South Beach concert featuring Flo Rida. “Bringing 31,000 pounds of sand into the Americana Ballroom to create an authentic beach party was definitely a first for us,” said Meryl Trick, Director of Creative Services, 360 Destination Group Florida. 

The ambitious program involved several large-scale elements across five different spaces, many of which turned within 24 hours and required a custom-built operations plan in an effort to deliver a truly one-of-a-kind experience to guests and partygoers. “When we create experiences on-property, the goal is always to leave people feeling like they’ve had a genuine destination experience. That means making sure every detail is not only authentic but executed to perfection,“ said Joe Fijol, Managing Partner, 360 Destination Group Florida. “We took that to a new level with this event, carefully constructing every space, experience and activation to deliver on that goal and demonstrate the range and versatility Loews Miami Beach Hotel can provide to planners.”
