With 9 years dedicated to law, Mr. Palladino​​​​ brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular to his area of specialization, immigration law. When asked what inspired him to go into immigration law, Mr. Palladino said:

"I got an internship when I was in college with the Immigration Service, which was then called the INS. That was my introduction to immigration law. I learned about how the government works as it relates to immigration, and then decided that I wanted to be on the other side, representing foreign nationals, because I felt it was more rewarding and more intrinsically valuable to be helping people in a vulnerable position."

As a thought-leader in his industry, Mr. Palladino has received numerous awards and recognitions over the course of his career, including being recognized as a Super Lawyer and a Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine from 2012 through 2015. He regularly travels the country and the world lecturing on immigration law topics. He has given Continuing Legal Education training seminars to fellow lawyers hosted by the American Immigration Lawyers Association and LawReviewCle, and delivered numerous immigration seminars to organizations.

Mr. Palladino thoroughly enjoys being an immigration lawyer and brings his pride and zeal for his job into every case. He noted:

Mr. Palladino is currently a Partner with the firm Solow, Isbell & Palladino, LLC, where he assists individuals in all areas of immigration law including: removal defense, family based immigration, asylum and refugee requests, naturalization, VAWA applications, U visas, F-1 student visas and all other temporary visas (R, O, P, etc). Mr. Palladino assists employers in all areas of immigration law as well, including: Labor Certifications, National Interest Waivers, H1b Visas, H2B & H2A visas, TN Visas. Mr. Palladino represents several companies with I-9 Compliance & I-9 Audits and has a significant following in the agricultural community.Mr. Palladino is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
