New Haven Law Firm Neubert, Pepe & Monteith Supports Cancer Research and Discovery to Cure
Online, September 30, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The New Haven Connecticut law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., with attorney Douglas S. Skalka as captain of Team NPM, joins the fight against cancer in the Discovery to Cure walk-a-thon in New Haven on Sunday October 27. Discovery to Cure is the gynecology/oncology research unit of the Yale University School of Medicine. Funding for their internationally recognized cancer research for ovarian and other gynecologic cancers comes only from grants and fundraising.
The walkers look forward to enjoying a beautiful fall day in New Haven and through the Yale University campus. Many will walk in memory of loved ones, for themselves, for future generations and the hope to someday eradicate gynecologic cancers. Having lost a relative to cancer, Attorney Skalka now walks to support research for his daughters' futures.
