Yvette N. Banker Has Been Recognized Among the Top in Her Industry by Noticed©

Noticed celebrates its newest member, Attorney Yvette N. Banker

Yvette N. Banker, Founder, Banker Law Office, P.L.L.C., has joined Noticed©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Banker has been chosen as a Distinguished Lawyer™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout her career.

Banker outshines others in her field due to her extensive educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. Banker graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in 1995. She was accepted to the University of Denver for law school, and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2000, after which she worked for prominent elder law attorneys in both Colorado and Arizona.

We look at things like what they want from their lives and how they can take care of themselves, and then try to figure out a strategy that will work for each individual person.

With 17 years dedicated to law, Banker brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of specialization, elder law. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in law, Banker said:

"After she lost her husband, my grandmother went through a very difficult time. She started getting exploited by scam artists, or even by neighbors who would ingratiate themselves with her in an attempt to isolate her from her family and get money. And this was in the 90s before there was really such a thing as elder law."

Banker is the founder of Banker Law Office, P.L.L.C., where she provides comprehensive elder law services, including estate planning, guardianship and conservatorship, as well as probate and trust administration to the surrounding community. She is a certified probate mediator and maintains an “Excellent” rating on Avvo.

In order to continue providing the kind and trustworthy legal service for which she has become well known, Banker stays up to date on the latest fluctuations and evolutions in her specialty. She explains:

"There are always new challenges, usually with ALTCS, Social Security, and long-term care insurance. Many companies now do not offer long-term care insurance services that can support people who need it over an extended period of time. I like to combine long-term planning with estate planning—just to give my clients a head start on what can be a real challenge later. We look at things like what they want from their lives and how they can take care of themselves, and then try to figure out a strategy that will work for each individual person."

Banker gives back to her community as Board Member on the Elder Law, Mental Health, and Special Needs Council, which among other services, provides continuing legal education to attorneys and free living wills to those who cannot otherwise afford that protection. She also loves to hike, play tennis, and to spend time with friends and family.
