As the year comes to a close, the team at Winston Grey is already gearing up for 2016. Managers of the interactive marketing firm noted that they've been steadily setting the stage for next year's projected growth.

“We review not only figures, but carefully analyze what worked or didn’t work over a 12-month period,” she added. “We factor this into our planning and goals, and real-time results help us visualize how we can continue to grow.”

According to Greyson, once the formal strategy is in place, it’s time to review resources. “People are huge factors,” she noted. “We need to ensure that we have enough team members to meet our anticipated goals. We also carefully review our technology plan. This is worth the investment because if our technological solutions are robust, we’re more efficient.”

“By this point of the year, we’re dually focused on attaining our final quarter goals as well as putting the finishing touches on our plan for the upcoming year,” she said.

Hiring new team members is among the plans for 2016.
