At its annual awards luncheon on June 24, The Austin Business Journal unveiled its list of the 2016 Best Places to Work in Central Texas, a group of 75 Austin companies which offer the best benefits, perks, and overall culture, and have the happiest and most engaged employees.

The Austin Business Journal ranked companies based on anonymous surveys which at least 95 percent of a company's workforce had to complete to be considered. The Zebra was named a Best Place to Work in the Medium category (companies with 50-250 employees), and also earned the “Most Spirited” award among all companies.
