The Orange County Register Names Optima Tax Relief a Top Workplace for Fourth Consecutive Year

This year’s award carries special meaning for the Optima team, as it was the first year the firm competed in the large company category (organizations with over 500 employees) after earning its previous three Top Workplace awards in the mid-size company category (organizations with 100–499 employees). Hiring over 200 new staff in 2018 and landing on the INC 5000 for a fourth straight year, the company’s dynamic growth moved it into the Top Workplace bracket evaluating the region’s largest employers.
