Probiotics and clean label foods are two trends that are becoming increasingly more important to health-conscious consumers. Both Foods 2.0, LLC and SupplySide West 2016 are taking great interest in these trends.

Probiotics are microorganisms that are ingested with certain foods and strengthen the immune system as well as improve gut health. There is some research that indicate probiotics also positively influence certain central nervous system disorders like depression and anxiety.
