Rapid City, SD, April 18, 2017 (Newswire.com) - On Saturday, April 22, Rapid City-based Liv Hospitality will host the 10th annual Liv to Give, donating 100% of the day’s proceeds from WaTiki Indoor Waterpark, La Quinta Inn & Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites, and Sliders Bar to local non-profit organizations. The newest addition to the Liv to Give event in 2017 is Marcos Pizza, located at the WaTiki Indoor Waterpark Complex. Marcos Pizza will also be donating all proceeds from the day to Liv to Give.
“It’s our favorite day of the year. We are incredibly grateful to be able to give back to this wonderful community that gives so much to us,” says Caleb Arceneaux, CEO of Liv Hospitality LLC.
All area non-profits benefitting children are encouraged to apply for the 2017 Liv to Give fund at any time throughout the year. The application can be found on the Liv to Give event page.
The event on April 22nd is open to the public. “I’d love it if everyone in the Hills showed up. It’s such a fun way to benefit the community,” Arceneaux says. “Every room sold and meal and waterpark wristband purchased helps kids all around the area.”
The annual fundraiser started in 2007 as Kevin Morsching Day. It raised $30,000 for the family of the young man who lost his life in a tragic accident that first year. Since then, the benefit has raised more than $250,000 for non-profit organizations across the Black Hills.
