Recent release "A Double Trouble Halloween" from Covenant Books author Sandy Heitmeier Thompson is an entertaining tale that follows Ren and Razz, two ravens who playfully comes up with pranks to fool the little kids and scare them; little did they know that a surprise scare was brewing up for them too.

Sandy Heitmeier Thompson, a passionate educator and loving mother, has completed her new book, “A Double Trouble Halloween”: a mischievous adventure of four kids and two silly ravens as the former comes up with a plan to teach the birds a lesson or two.

Sandy writes, “It is Halloween time. The atmosphere is kind of spooky. Particularly when two playful ravens, Ren and Razz, play pranks on Brett, Blake, Gavin, and Maya. The kids do not wise up until something happens at the pumpkin patch. The group decides it is time to turn tables on those two mischief makers. The children come up with a hilarious plan on Halloween night to outwit the two feathered rascals. The kids execute a trick, and the ravens get a ‘special’ treat. It is all good fun where no one gets hurt.”

Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Sandy Heitmeier Thompson’s new book is a simple yet educational children’s story that leaves a valuable lesson to the little kids to not fool people and treat one another with kindness.
