Rockfleet and ActiveAllocator Announce Alliance
Rockfleet adds new asset allocation technology and scales ActiveAllocator go-to-market initiatives.
NEW YORK, October 1, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Rockfleet Financial Services, Inc. (Rockfleet) and ActiveAllocator Group LLC. (ActiveAllocator) announced today an agreement to deliver asset allocation and portfolio construction methods to mutual prospects and clients.
Rockfleet serves as Placement Agent to ActiveAllocator, introducing potential qualified investors, preparing marketing materials, formulating a targeting strategy, organizing roadshows, and assisting in negotiations.
This agreement gives Rockfleet access to new and assorted portfolio construction and computer science-based optimization capabilities. These competencies assist evaluating the impact of integrating a wide variety of asset classes including actively managed funds, passive index funds and ETFs as well as alternative investments such as hedge funds, managed futures and private debt within client portfolios. It also allows it to participate in increases in ActiveAllocator's equity valuation. Rockfleet expects to deploy ActiveAllocator technology across its broker-dealer platform shortly.
For ActiveAllocator, the alliance brings Rockfleet capital to scale potential growth, acquire new customers, M&A and continued build on external orientation.
