PracticeWise Announces Key Team Addition and Executive Promotions

​​​PracticeWise, a behavioral health company that helps those who are in the business of helping others lead better lives, today announced the addition of Brian Mossing as director of information technology and the promotion of company executives David Daleiden and Teri Bourdeau.

Brian comes to PracticeWise with a deep well of knowledge and experience from a variety of roles and organizations. Brian is a veteran and a retiree of the U.S. Air Force after serving honorably for 20 years. Since leaving the Air Force, Brian spent 14 years working in several IT-related roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation and, most recently, he served as the IT operations manager for Tsymmetry Inc. Brian has a BS in computer information systems from Rollins College and an MBA with an emphasis in computer resources and information management from Webster University, as well as holding Project Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certifications. Brian will be responsible for managing the PracticeWise information technology infrastructure and platforms and helping to drive the company’s information technology innovation and growth strategies.

Teri Bourdeau has been promoted to the role of vice president of training and development. Teri has been working with PracticeWise since 2010 and in a full-time capacity as director of training since 2015. Her promotion recognizes her leadership and ongoing and sustained success in creating enduring customer partnerships and delivering world-class training that makes a difference for our partners and individual mental health providers. She will continue to lead the PracticeWise training and consultation efforts and will assume additional responsibilities for product development and innovation as well as play a key role in ongoing business development activities.

David Daleiden has been promoted to the role of vice president of finance and operations. David has been a key contributor and fixture at PracticeWise since the inception of the company. David has provided a consistent and stable presence and has handled virtually all the company financial and operational duties over time. Because of our continued growth, David will be evolving his leadership role to focus on more strategic projects and ways to further optimize our operations to best serve the current and future needs of our customers.
