MVJCE Organized First year B.E. Inaugural Function For Academic Year 2014 to 15
Bangalore, August 21, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Inaugural function welcoming the first year students, around 850 in number who have joined MVJCE for the academic year 2014-15 was held on 20th August 2014. Shri N. Rangachary, Retired Chairman, Central Board of Direct taxes and Insurance Regulatory Authority of India was the chief guest and delivered the inaugural address. Dr. R. Ramaprabhu Professor of Eminence and Adviser MVJCE presided over the function.
Principal Dr. K. S. Shanmukharadhya, welcomed the gathering and highlighted the growth of the Institution over the years and explained about different initiatives being taken to involve Industry for creating employment opportunities for students.
Professor R. Ramaprabhu, Professor of Eminence and Adviser MVJCE, introduced the chief guest and he strongly encouraged students to supplement their learning of engineering subjects by watching additionally NPTEL videos (National Project on Technical Education and Learning, Government of India) and advised students to develop problem solving approach and follow ethics when they graduate as Engineers.
Shri N. Rangachary in his inaugural address congratulated all the students for choosing MVJCE which as an Institution has a well-established track record of achievements. He also emphasized that students should look for knowledge while pursuing their education and develop as an engineer with good conduct and ethics.
