Uber is a big concern because not only are there many cyclists getting hit by Uber drivers, but it's also complicated when that happens because the driver isn't necessarily an employee of Uber. What's more, Uber may try to argue that it's their passenger's fault. So it can get messy. We're keeping an eye on the driverless car situation as well. We haven't had any cases yet where one of our clients was hit by a driverless car, but there aren't that many of them out there yet.
