Dr. Gail Hayes

LXbD welcomes Dr. Gail Hayes as she presents her learning experience to help dismantle unconscious biases in the workplace. Dr. Gail Hayes is a thought leader, executive coach, and media personality with an extensive background in working with various organizations on communication, diversity, and race relations.

“I am over-the-moon excited to partner with Shane Green and the team at LXbD to have my content and ideas delivered to both managers and frontline team members. The LXbD model is nothing short of amazing. It is ideal and allows organizations the opportunity to select the most relevant content and the trainer they believe will best fit their culture. I believe this model is sure to become a future standard of how learning can be best delivered. Our first collaboration is 'Eyes Wide Open: Racial Bias in the Workplace.' I believe this training is extremely important, especially in light of our present culture shift,” explains Dr. Gail Hayes.

Shane Green, founder of LXbD, says, “We are so honored to have Dr. Gail contribute her thought leadership and expertise to our library of live learning experiences. Her passion and expertise around racial bias are recognized around the world, and her message is very timely.”

LXbD is committed to bringing the most relevant and motivating learning experiences to organizations. LXbD works with thought leaders and experts to develop learning experiences on-demand — meaning that they are available when they are most needed. Green says, “While there has been a tremendous push to do all training via technology, we know that a blend is required. So, while online training is on-demand and easily accessible, we wanted to do the same for live learning in partnership with great human resources thought leaders. We are excited to be able to offer these masterclasses on topics that managers need most.”

About Dr. Gail Hayes: Dr. Gail is an award-winning author of over 30 books, including The Power of a Woman Who Leads (published by Harvest House), One Minute Success Secrets for Women (published by Harvest House), and The Conduct of Kings.
