LAB Ventures to Partner With Engel & Völkers to Produce Inaugural Future of Real Estate Summit, Open Call for Entries in Startup Competition
On June 12, the must-attend Future of Real Estate Summit will connect key industry players, corporations, startups and investors in the heart of Miami. Startups from around the world can apply now to compete in the summit's Startup Pitch competition offering exposure and thousands of dollars in prizes.
MIAMI, April 4, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Fresh off its success with the inaugural Future of Travel Summit in February, Miami’s LAB Ventures is proud to announce the second event in its series: The Future of Real Estate. And with technology changing and driving innovation at an exponential pace, it’s an event not to be missed.

The Future of Real Estate Summit, to be held on June 12, 2018, at The Lightbox and The LAB Miami in Wynwood, will give selected real estate-tech startups from around the world the opportunity to present their products and services to 300 investors and real estate industry and construction executives, including brokers, developers, financiers and architects. In turn, investors and industry executives will have the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in technological innovation and digital disruption through keynote talks and panel discussions, as well as make key connections during generous networking opportunities.
Speakers already confirmed include the Zillow’s chief of Corporate Development, the CEO of Cemex Ventures, the founders of RealConnex, Common, Booj, and WellcomeMat, and the Editor in Chief of Inman. Executives from Watsco Ventures, Plaza Construction, Lionstone Development, Grass River Property, and many others will be in attendance.

Startups can win the chance to pitch their companies at the Future of Real Estate Summit. The top 10 finalists will be invited to pitch on stage during the summit. The finalists will also receive two free tickets to attend the Summit and will be invited to participate in one-on-one meetings with investors and executives from real estate companies.
The startup selected by a panel of expert judges as the winner will also receive more than $25,000 in prizes and an invitation to present at a major industry event (to be disclosed soon).
