Many sellers have gotten greedy, unfortunately, and that is not good for buyers. But what is happening now—and I see it changing very slightly—is that buyers are getting frustrated and they're starting to pull back. I don't know if it's going to crash, but there's definitely going to be a re-assessment and the interest rates are definitely going to go up again. So I think these sellers who were holding out are going to be in for a rude awakening. The buyers, however, will be okay because the prices are going to come down.
