Judy K. Weinstein, principal with the firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., has recently been elected as Secretary of The Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys (“ACFA”). Attorney Weinstein, a long-time ACFA member and board member, is honored to now serve ACFA in a leadership role with the organization.

“ACFA members are in-house attorneys and attorneys in private practice who are national and international experts in middle-market commercial credit transactions and commercial bankruptcy matters,” per ACFA’s website. ACFA furthers the practice of law applicable to commercial finance, including but not limited to asset-based lending, factoring, loan restructuring and insolvency.

Attorney Weinstein’s areas of practice include commercial and real estate finance, business and health law, and commercial workouts and restructures. Her clients include local and national lending institutions, various businesses, and providers and other participants in the health care sector, including physicians, medical practices and firms involved in medical transportation.  Attorney Weinstein’s real estate practice includes real estate acquisitions and sales, and commercial leasing.
