As CEO of Breathe Fitness, a fitness center for women only that is located in Tinley Park, Illinois, Yolanda Cox (affectionately known as Yoli) is committed to helping women transform their bodies and their lives through fitness. She is also the Founder of the LET IT OUT brand, where she teaches women and men how to make the necessary changes to live a fulfilled life by participating in engaging workshops, online programs and conferences. She transforms others through a belief system of “Say it Out Loud, Own it and Let It Out!”
Ms. Cox is nationally certified and has more than 20 secondary fitness certifications in techniques such as Turbokick Live, POUND, Schwinn Cycle, TRX and Tabata. She leads a team of professional fitness instructors and, together, they guide women through a variety of classes at Breathe Fitness, including Abs/Glutes, Pilates, Yoga, kickboxing and others.
In addition to her hands-on experience with fitness, Ms. Cox also has more than 15 years of experience working in the corporate arena, where she has honed her skills in coaching and development and leadership training, as well as sales consulting in the pharmaceutical and fitness industries. She continues to share her knowledge and expertise by facilitating fitness workshops and seminars in her community and beyond, appearing on local television and in print and online publications, and through motivational speaking engagements.
