International Association of Women Recognizes Tracey Tague as a 2019-2020 Influencer

Tracey Tague, Owner/Principal of T2 Strategic Marketing Solutions, joins networking organization

The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Tracey Tague as a 2019-2020 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in sales and marketing. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with more than 100 local chapters, International Chapters in several cities in China and 1000+ in person and virtual events.

“I’m pleased to welcome Tracey into this exceptional group of professional women,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

Long inspired by sports and entertainment, Tracey Tague focused on those interests as she worked at different projects and jobs in high school. In college, she studied journalism with an emphasis on advertising and public relations. “Upon graduating, I was able to continue networking. This, in conjunction with hard work, allowed me to begin my career in advertising and quickly move into the sports business from a sponsorship and media perspective,” she said.

Ms. Tague has more than 20 years of experience in the sports, entertainment and marketing arena. Since 2013, she has been the Owner/Principal of T2 Strategic Marketing Solutions, a consulting company. Before her leap into entrepreneurship, her previous roles include VP of Brand Marketing and Sponsorships for The Collective Management Company and National Sales Manager for Fox Sports Southwest. “I have recently come back to pitching and working with clients after some time in the corporate agency world,” Ms. Tague said.

“I work with businesses and brands on strategy, marketing and sales to achieve desired ROI,” she continued. “I create partnerships between brands and clients that have synergies with the marketing and sales strategy. I work with clients from the creation to the execution of their plans.” Ms. Tague’s experience working in all types of traditional and digital advertising has allowed her to hone an impressive skillset. “Along with being trained by the best, including Mark Cuban, on being successful and the drive and hard work it takes, I have also continued my training through other various entities to help improve and strengthen my skills,” she added.

Working outside of the corporate environment and starting her own consulting company has posed some challenges, Ms. Tague acknowledged. “I have always been motivated but when you leave an environment where you have a built-in team for many facets of business and take on everything on your own as a consultant, it becomes extremely time consuming,” she said. But Ms. Tague is up for any challenge and works tirelessly to continue to improve herself both personally and professionally. “I am a firm believer that you have to work on your inner self to be the best for others and in business,” she said.

Education & Accomplishments: Bachelor’s, TCU, Science and Journalism with emphasis in Advertising and PR
