Inspired by leaders who mentored and motivated her, Stacey Hogue realized the importance of doing the same. During her highly successful career in management as a strategic finance leader, she has always been passionate about nurturing, mentoring and developing individuals on her team. “I have always believed that as I moved up in my career, I should bring people with me,” Ms. Hogue said. “With any management role comes the human relation side. In addition to obtaining her certification, Ms. Hogue’s future goals include continuing to learn, and getting involved with her community so she can give back to those in need. “As my company grows, I plan to hire additional team members and expand to other states and eventually train in other countries,” she added.
