The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Sally Breyley Parker as a 2019-2020 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in entrepreneurship, organization development and change, and leadership. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local US-based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

“I’m pleased to welcome Sally into this exceptional group of professional women,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

For more than three decades, Sally Breyley Parker has worked with individuals, groups, and organizations to help improve performance, culture, health and wellbeing. She is a Gestalt Certified Coach and Practitioner, an Accredited ESCI (Emotional Social Competency Inventory) Consultant and Coach, and a Certified Biomimicry Specialist.

Ms. Parker began her career as a Cultural Anthropologist and eventually obtained a degree in design. She was Founder and Principal of The Arris Group, a commercial architecture, and interiors firm which specialized in corporate and healthcare design. Later, she founded Currere, Inc., organization development and design firm.

“With deep roots in culture, I was intrigued by organization culture, change and transformation,” Ms. Parker said. “That is what led me into organization design and development. While I loved designing physical environments for dynamic organization systems, I knew this was only part of the equation. I realized that to truly impact organizational systems and support them in continuously adapting to changing conditions, I needed to be working with them to develop what we refer to as ‘living systems’ strategy, design and capacity.”

In 2014, Ms. Parker formed TimeZero Enterprises with her partner. In her role as Co-Founder of the organizational development and design consultancy, she is responsible for service and product development, business development, service delivery, teaching, coaching and mentoring.

“My work continues to be shaped by my spiritual journey and a deep sense of knowing that we can learn so much from nature about creating conditions conducive to life for ourselves, our organizations and all life on this planet,” Ms. Parker said. “I have and continue to be inspired by cultural anthropology, Gestalt theory and practice, and biomimicry.”

Using the skills she has honed throughout her career such as group facilitation, leadership development, team building, individual development and personal mastery, Ms. Parker leads a team of professionals who work with clients to help them enhance their potential, become more productive and achieve their desired goals. “Additionally, I have deep knowledge in organization strategy, design and development,” she added.

Ms. Parker speaks and teaches around the world at global conferences. Her talks focus on Flourishing Living Systems™, a natural systems approach to designing, developing and leading organizations; organizational strategy; and organizational design. In April, she is conducting a pre-conference workshop at the Organization Design Forum in Seattle.
