Kristina Kozikott got her start in financial services during college when she worked part-time at a bank. More than 10 years later, she continues in that same industry, having held positions at institutions such as North Fork Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Citibank. “The more I interacted with people and saw how naturally helping them came to me, the further my career path in banking took me,” she said. “Suddenly, it didn’t feel like a job; it felt like the right opportunity.”

Approximately one year ago, Ms. Kozikott joined Signature Bank, where she serves as an Associate Group Director and Vice President. “As a private banker for personal and business clients, I act as a single point of contact to meet all their financial needs, from personalized banking and credit services as well as powerful cash management systems to flexible financing for businesses,” she said. “I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I relish in succeeding and am committed to exceeding goals, but perhaps more importantly, watching others achieve success and helping contribute to that is extremely rewarding for me."

Ms. Kozikott, who holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University and is a graduate of Investment Banking Institute's Financial Modeling and Valuation Training Program, excels at identifying her clients’ needs, often uncovering those they weren’t aware they had. Beyond offering advice and services to support their banking needs. Ms. Kozikott never hesitates to go to great lengths to assist her clients in whatever ways necessary to help them achieve success.

“There is a certain level of satisfaction in going above and beyond for your clients and witnessing their appreciation firsthand,” Ms. Kozikott said. “In my role, I am fulfilled not only when I help my clients with their business or personal banking needs but also when I connect them to contacts across other complementary industries. These introductions have the potential to influence and grow their businesses, and is a direct reflection on the contributions I make and the value I add.”

Ms. Kozikott is continually inspired by her clients, many of whom are hard-working business owners. “The sense of accomplishment they realize when their business is successful serves as inspiration for me,” she said. “Being in a position where I can ultimately make a difference, makes me excited to go to work every day.”

As to her future plans, Ms. Kozikott said: “I believe that if you enjoy what you do and give it all you got, your path unfolds as it should. My next move has always presented itself to me, and I took the chances before me. Right now, I enjoy providing private banking services at Signature Bank, where I strive to grow my portfolio and be there for my clients in whatever way they need.”
