Elke Hirschman, Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing, joins networking organization

​The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Elke Hirschman as a 2018-2019 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in business. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local US based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing

After working in the high-tech industry for 14 years, Mrs. Hirschman transitioned to the industrial manufacturing industry where she has forged a highly successful career. For 11 years, she was Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Trojan Battery Company, where she was responsible for revenue generation, brand expansion and customer experience.

“I have experience building cross functional teams to execute on company goals, managing high profile projects in the company while ensuring timely and cost effective results and driving revenue objectives,” Mrs. Hirschman said. “Having P&L responsibilities allows me to analyze data and make decisions that are most impactful to growing any business, profitably.”

While Mrs. Hirschman acknowledges the challenges of understanding changing market demands and innovating products, she finds it rewarding when her team accomplishes its goals. Currently looking forward to the next stage in her career, Mrs. Hirschman is pursuing the role of President or CEO at a small to mid-sized company.
