The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Dr. Lisa Webb as a 2019-2020 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in business and healthcare. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local US based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

“I’m pleased to welcome Lisa into this exceptional group of professional women,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

Dr. Lisa Webb is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience, as well as an Organizational Development Consultant with an MBA in International Business. The author of a recently published book, The Executive Marriage Solution: Translating Boardroom Success to Bedroom Bliss, she is also an Executive Relationship Advisor, Business Consultant and Entrepreneur.  Additionally, Dr. Webb serves as President and CEO of Body & Mind Consulting, a multidisciplinary wellness company.

Working with C-suite clients who have achieved much success in their career but often have difficulty translating career success to their personal life, Dr. Webb has been a Relationship Advisor to executives for nearly two decades. She knows what it takes to drive change. In her book, The Executive Marriage Solution: Translating Boardroom Success into Bedroom Bliss, she discusses how competencies and strategic approaches that led to the career success of her clients serve as an infrastructure for personal change.

Dr. Webb’s unique background in business and behavior change yields specific solution-oriented strategies to her clients. Taking concepts that are commonplace in an executive’s work life and transforming them into a new approach to home and personal relationships yields positive dividends for her clients. Through her decades of work, Dr. Webb realized that often success in the boardroom did not always translate to happiness at home. To help clients achieve better life balance, she founded Executive Relationship Advisor Services.

“Using my leadership skills, I devise novel approaches to assist my clients in all aspects of their life,” she said. “Just as the executives look to management consultants to make their corporation better—my Executive Relationship consultation services make their relationships better, which often ultimately improves bottom line business profitability.”

In addition to her leadership ability, Dr. Webb uses her expertise when it comes to analytics, communication, resiliency, creativity and innovation, problem-solving and strategic flexibility. “I am motivated by assisting my clients and helping them find new approaches to change and improve their most important relationships,” she added.

Although it can be challenging to help those who are resistant to change, want a simple fix or simply blame others, Dr. Webb works tirelessly to bring together objectivity with empathy when working with her executive clients, their partners and families.

“It is truly satisfying when I see a couple take relationship consultation principles and apply them and they develop a healthier way of communicating—with the ultimate reward of seeing lives change, sometimes even thwarting a possible demise of a marriage or long-term relationship or the deterioration of a family unit,” Dr. Webb noted.

Throughout her career as a highly successful Consultant, Dr. Webb has developed and implemented strategies that have resulted in bottom-line savings for clients, including the redesign and implementation of marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies; landing several multi-million dollar contracts in national and international grant funding for not-for-profit and government sectors; developed and launched of several business internship programs; and much more.

Looking toward the future, Dr. Webb is focusing on the marketing and growth of Executive Relationship Advisor Consultation Services and is working on the development of consulting and course offerings that operationalizes concepts in her recently launched book.

At Body & Mind Consulting Associates Group, Dr. Webb is primarily responsible for leading strategy and for working with a team of professionals who assist clients to focus on a whole body approach to wellness. “I play a significant role in our company’s strategic planning and oversight in our adherence to our vision, mission and values, and whether our business activities and goals are in alignment,” she added.
