International Association of Women Recognizes Dr. Christina Frye as a 2019-2020 Influencer

Dr. Christina Frye, Founder & President of Frye Consulting Group, joins networking organization

The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Dr. Christina Frye as a 2019-2020 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in business consulting. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local U.S.-based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

Dr. Christina Frye’s career as a public servant began in high school when she worked at the Federal Reserve Board. “I was inspired by my grandmother, Mildred Taliaferro, who served in the White House for five presidencies,” Dr. Frye said. “She and my parents, Pastor William Frye III and Catherine Frye, instilled in me the importance of giving back and education, as knowledge leads to wisdom.” In addition to a Ph.D. in Human Services, Dr. Frye holds a Master of Education with a specialization in educational leadership, an MBA and a BS, as well as other degrees and certifications.

The Founder and President of Frye Consulting Group, a SBA Hubzone certified women- owned business, Dr. Frye has 20 years of experience working in the human services industry. The global consulting firm assists clients, both national and international, with multiple lines of business services. “One of the main products and services offered by Frye Consulting Group is my life balance and performance curriculum called Engagement Finder 2.0,” she said. With this product, Dr. Frye helps executives become more effective leaders, balance their work and family lives, and have a greater impact on their organizations.

Dr. Frye finds it very rewarding to be able to help others reach their goals and achieve success. “My own future goals include creating the second version of Engagement Finder 2.0 life balance and performance curriculum, which will include virtual learning and artificial intelligence development,” she said. “I also hope to continue my humanitarian work for two nonprofits, including the Mildred Taliaferro Foundation, for lupus awareness and raising funds for a cure, and Open Wings Sanctuary, for women with children in domestic violence relationships and homelessness worldwide.”
