IAW is a global in-person and online networking platform with more than 100 local chapters, International Chapters and 1000+ in person and virtual events.
The passing of her grandmother five years ago was the catalyst that caused Dailisha Eve Rodriguez to reassess her life’s goals. “As they were lowering her casket, I saw my life flash before my eyes,” she said. “I realized in order to have her legacy live on, I had to reclaim my dreams.”
In February of 2015, she shared her vision with friends. “Then, with the support of an amazing team, I took all the money out of my savings and liquidated my stock to invest in my dream, Hey There Beautiful Inc.” Since then, the company has been supporting women and other businesses with interactive training solutions, including employee engagement, transformational retreats, and career and executive coaching.
As CEO, Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for every aspect of the nonprofit, from planning and operation of the annual budget to establishing human resource and administrative policies and procedures. She uses her myriad leadership skills to create empowering, transformative experiences for corporations, universities, colleges, educational institutions and businesses led by women. “I serve as the primary spokesperson to our constituents, the media and the general public,” she added. “I establish and maintain relationships with various organizations throughout the state and utilize those relationships to strategically enhance our mission.”
In addition to her role at Hey There Beautiful Inc., Ms. Rodriguez is an award-winning radio personality, Tedx Talk Presenter, Business and Career Executive Coach, Motivational Speaker, Transformational and Empowerment Trainer. She is also the Executive Director of Hey There Beautiful Foundation, a nonprofit that empowers women and young girls to live their dreams through education, motivation, self-awareness and self-development.
Ms. Rodriguez says the most rewarding thing about her career is seeing clients transform their ideals or perceptions about how they can impact their world. As for the future, she has a number of goals. “I hope to impact two million lives a year, create ten streams of revenue, be the driving force of women’s empowerment, support 100 women to earn six figures annually, open a retreat center in New York, speak globally to touch, move and inspire, become a four-time New York Times Best Seller Author, enhance the lives of young girls daily, and create new ideals and systems that meet women where they are.
