International Association of Women Recognizes Catherine Saar as a 2018-2019 Influencer

Catherine Saar, Success Coach and CEO/Founder of The Project Coach and The Juno Collaborative, Inc., joins networking organization

The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Catherine Saar as a 2018-2019 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in business. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local US based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

“I’m pleased to welcome Catherine into this exceptional group of professional women,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

I collaborate with my clients to help them find their 'why,' to clarify their goals and aspirations, and to support them to make a plan that can achieve their dreams and desired outcomes. Change can be difficult and scary, and sometimes we just get stuck. I help clients to navigate choppy waters with greater ease and confidence.

Catherine Saar had been working as a marketing executive for 15 years, primarily in the franchise industry, when an unexpected opportunity emerged that eventually led to a second career. “When the economic downturn hit, my company curtailed my extensive traveling,” she said. “This left me time to pursue my first coaching certification, which was Life Coaching with Martha Beck. I always loved mentoring people and guiding them toward achieving their dreams and being their best selves.”

Over the years, Ms. Saar continued to hone her skills when it came to coaching while still working in marketing. In 2015, after experiencing some major life changes, including a divorce and a move across the country, she accepted the role of CMO at a franchise company. “It seemed to be a great opportunity to bring all of my coaching skills and my marketing experience to bear and to create positive change in a high conflict environment…which I love doing!” Ms. Saar said. “And once I achieved my goals there, I returned to coaching to pursue my passion full-time in 2017.”

Ms. Saar is CEO and Founder of two companies: The Project Coach, where she offers clients career and wellness coaching, helping them achieve success, and The Juno Collaborative, Inc., where she works with organizations to coach and develop ‘next generation’ leaders.

“I collaborate with my clients to help them find their ‘why,’ to clarify their goals and aspirations, and to support them to make a plan that can achieve their dreams and desired outcomes,” Ms. Saar said.  “Change can be difficult and scary, and sometimes we just get stuck. I help clients to navigate choppy waters with greater ease and confidence. I use my intuition, coaching frameworks and my skill as an empathetic listener to assist clients to develop new insights and perspectives that empower them to move forward and create action plans that work for them.”

Convincing clients they can achieve success is sometimes challenging, Ms. Saar said, but she is gratified by her ability to help them move beyond the obstacles that stand in their way. “Clients are often sabotaged by their inner critics,” she added. “It is incredibly rewarding when they step into their power and are able to see how strong, talented and capable they are.” As she continues to pursue her passion for coaching others, Ms. Saar is excited to grow her company “into a global, collaborative organization that helps bring greater happiness and humanity to the workplace.”
