Alessandra Gensler has long loved real estate and interior design and her passion for both inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. As a Real Estate Salesperson at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, she is also continually motivated by the organization’s top producing brokers and is proud to be a part of a team of highly skilled real estate professionals.

Using the skills she has honed in sales, negotiating and communication, Ms. Gensler helps her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether they are purchasing their first house, putting a family home on the market or looking to make a sound investment. “I work diligently for my clients to get them the home of their dreams at an affordable price,” she said.

Although it can be challenging to convince sellers they may need to lower their prices or that buyers may need to lower their expectations at their price point, Ms. Gensler works closely with her clients through every step of the real estate sale or purchase process to ensure their experience is both positive and successful. “Negotiation is the skill I use the most,” she said. “I have to negotiate with buyers and sellers, helping them to understand that they need to be realistic with what they want with changing housing market conditions.” Ms. Gensler’s future goals are to continue to work closely with her clients and grow as a real estate professional.
