International Association of Women Honors Ree Angeles as a 2018-2019 Influencer of the Year

CHICAGO, May 22, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The International Association of Women (IAW) honors Ree Angeles as a 2018-2019 Influencer of the Year. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. Ree Angeles got her start in the entertainment industry when she was 16 years old. Although she stopped acting/modeling, she eventually got back into the industry but this time on the management side. “It began with my siblings wanting to be in the industry and knowing how it works, I told myself I will handle their career and get them where they want and need to be,” she said.

Ms. Angeles starting managing her siblings three years ago and started her business ReeAct Group, a talent management company, soon after. She uses her skills in management to help clients grow in all aspects of the entertainment industry, including film, television, music, print, and commercial. “I’m responsible for making sure all my talents gain all the skills they need in order to accomplish their plan in the industry,” she said. “I coach them in acting, modeling, audition skills and more. I’m responsible for introducing my talents to agents and submitting them for castings.”

Rewarded when she helps her clients succeed, whether it’s finding them an agent or the perfect audition, Ms. Angeles is looking forward to growing her business. “In the near future, my goal is to open multiple offices worldwide starting with London then venturing out to Asian countries,” she added.
