Ms. Allen is Co-Founder and Vice President of Rose Pallet, a family-owned and operated pallet management provider. The company supplies pallets of all types, including hardwoods, softwoods, treated lumber and plastic materials, as well as related services to organizations across the country, and helps to safely transport goods both nationwide and overseas.
With more than 20 years of experience in the wooden pallet industry, Ms. Allen plays an instrumental role in the company’s ongoing success. She uses her knowledge of logistics management and shipping for large and small companies in a variety of industries, and her skills in management, team building, communication and negotiating, as she oversees the day-to-day operations of Rose Pallet. Ms. Allen is also responsible for leading the sales team as they continue to grow and expand the business.
Passionate about giving back, Ms. Allen is involved in numerous philanthropic activities. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and is an active member of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association.
