Self-motivated and results driven to succeed, Lynn Tanner is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.
Ms. Tanner is partner of the finance group of Winston & Strawn LLP. Before joining the 160-year-old law firm’s New York office, she was with Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
In her role, Ms. Tanner represents lenders, including banks and other types of lenders such as hedge funds, specialty finance companies, mezzanine funds and BDCs. She uses her expertise in the field of finance as well as her knowledge of other industries, including manufacturing, technology, software, healthcare, and more, as she negotiates agreements and oversees in-court and out-of-court restructurings and workouts.
Ms. Tanner received her Juris Doctor from New York University in 1996 and her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 1993.
