International Association of Women Honors Johanna Izdebski as a 2018-2019 Influencer of the Year

Johanna Izdebski, Executive Vice President at BHI Insurance Associates, is selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession.

The International Association of Women (IAW) honors Johanna Izdebski as a 2018-2019 Influencer of the Year. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local US-based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

Self-motivated and results driven to succeed, Johanna Izdebski is a seasoned insurance professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity, and dedication.

Ms. Izdebski is Executive Vice President of BHI Insurance Associates. She first joined the company in 2007 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, where she was responsible for implementing a paperless records system, developing records management policies and procedures, conducting market research and creating customized insurance packages for clients.

In 2011, Ms. Izdebeski took on her current leadership role at the company. Using her expansive skills in risk management, property and casualty insurance, customer service, insurance and sales, she oversees a staff of 90 and manages lucrative sales contracts for more than 50 companies and 100 brokers. Other responsibilities include conducting weekly meetings and drafting quarterly and annual reports, initiating sales strategies, identifying new business development opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends, and much more.

Ms. Izdebeski has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Associate’s in Science from Ocean County College.
