With over 50 years dedicated to the arts, Ms. Nogarr brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, particularly to her area of specialization, dance. When asked why she decided to pursue a career as a dancer, Ms. Nogarr said:
"I always return to dance because it has so much freedom to express your feelings. Different music gives you inspiration to a new movement. Dance gives you an ability to live in a different dimension, forget the troubles and have joyful time."
Ms. Nogarr's acclaim continued to rise through the years. In 1980, she had the distinct honor of performing at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Moscow and Estonia as well as the Goodwill Games in Moscow. It was at this time that Nogarr really began to focus her attention on the art of teaching. After a decade dividing her time between teaching dance and modern rhythmic gymnastics at Tallinn Pedagogical Institute, Kirov Sport Club, and Tallinn Sport Club, she made the decision to take her expertise to the United States.
As leaders in her industry, Ms. Nogarr is always keeping a watchful on eye on the latest trends in dance, all the while keeping one foot in history. In particular, she’s interested in the merging of modern dance with more traditional styles, as well as how instructive practices have shifted over the years. She noted:

In addition to her career as a dance instructor, Ms. Nogarr also recently wrote and illustrated two children’s books. She is a member of the City Art Club and the City of Sherman Community Players.
