Rice University's Baker Institute Mexico Center hosts a discussion with Genaro Garcia Luna, former secretary of public security of Mexico and CEO of GLAC Consulting. The discussion is stated to go over the election of Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Mexico’s next president.

Luna will cover information on how the Lopez Obrador administration can improve public safety and security, boost government accountability, and increase social and economic welfare for its citizens. He will also go over the findings of his latest book titled, “Security and Wellbeing: A New Institutional Model of Public Safety.”
