Next to speak to Footprint to Africa was Mr Brian Oji, CEO Business Connect, which is an entrepreneurship development magazine, with an online and radio programme.
Oji said that he came to Bodyline Fitness and Gym today due to the networking event being organised by Footprint to Africa.
“I think Footprint to Africa is one of the most authentic news platforms that are available in this part of the world. I got invited to come today to meet the people behind Footprint to Africa and also to meet their friends. It has been wonderful experiences doing some physical exercises with some business executives and professionals at Bodyline Fitness and Gym today.
“I like the behaviour of the brand, that made us to play and have fun and they found a way to balancing it by creating an event like this.
“The Bodyline Fitness and Gym at Ikoyi where we are now is beautiful. This is my first time here and this is like the most comprehensive that I have ever done in my life. The part of my body that I feel should have the pinch of the workout is tired now and I think it is very good. The people I met are also an add-on as I don’t see a lot of people who are workers who are nice in this part of the world. So I will be back to this place.”
Commenting on Footprint to Africa, Oji said “I am one of those who go to Footprint to Africa everyday because it is easily the most comprehensive made in Africa news platform I know of due to the kind of work I do in Business Connect Online, which is working with entrepreneurs in Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Lesotho, South Africa among others. So we have the opportunity to meet different kinds of entrepreneurs across Africa. We have Africa in view in our own organisation.
“When I said Footprint to Africa is the most comprehensive, it is not just narrow group, it’s very broad group because it really keeps tab around Africa especially business and financial news. I also like the fact that it is updated regularly, like several times a day. More than ten times a day you are seeing something new on Footprint to Africa.com. I like it because it keeps me informed and the beautiful thing about it is that it helps me make better decisions with regards to doing business within Africa.
“For example in Nigeria I learnt that there is an energy bill that President Obama just passed into law last week, I think that gives me the opportunity thinking about how best to advise entrepreneurs where to invest to this thing. It gives me the opportunity to pick up trend which help you make more informed decisions, better quality information to the entrepreneurs, to help stimulate the SMEs which are need in Africa. If I can provide SMEs quality information, people can do better business. Footprint to Africa provide me the opportunity to give them that quality type of information.”
