Exciting new DigiView upgrades unveiled at ACC 2010

Digisonics will showcase its upcoming DigiView Image Management and Reporting System master release 3.7.7 at the ACC 2010 Scientific Sessions in Atlanta.

HOUSTON (March 11, 2010) - Digisonics will exhibit new DigiView software releases at the ACC 2010 Scientific Sessions, booth #3236 in Atlanta, Ga., on March 14-16, 2010. Upgrades for DigiView software master release 3.7.7 include extensive reporting upgrades for Cardiology study types, "Single Sign On" for effortless access to the DigiView system, and the ability to anonymize DICOM images for entire studies.

DigiView's Vascular reporting package will be equipped with new measurements, full page graphics and new drawing tools. Echo technicians and medical clinicians will notice that findings for Echo studies will now be automatically generated based on measurements, and reporting functionality for CT and MR studies will include new forms for technical procedures. The upgraded software release will also have a useful perfusion defect polar map for cardiologists performing nuclear-specific studies. In addition, Digisonics will unveil new reporting packages for Pacemaker evaluations, ICD Evaluation Electrophysiology and Cardiology Discharge study types.

Digisonics will also speak with cardiologists who are concerned about upcoming reimbursement cuts and how the DigiView Image Management & Structured Reporting System, ranked #1 Best in KLAS for the KLAS market segment in Cardiology in 2008 and 2009, will alleviate additional costs. The DigiView master release 3.7.7 will be available summer 2010.
