Diane Campbell Green's New Book 'On Being Great Again' is a Heartfelt Memoir of a Promising Man Whose Servitude Lifted the Hearts of Those in and Out of the Warzones

Recent release 'On Being Great Again' from Covenant Books author Diane Campbell Green shares a poignant retelling in the life of Jack J. Caleca Sr. through his years of hard work and service for the people and the nation.

Diane Campbell Green, a research historian and amateur genealogist; has completed her new book, “On Being Great Again”: a captivating account of a man whose story is told in narratives and photographs that will take one back to the years when he lived as an excellent surgeon, a brave soldier, and a loving family man.

Diane shares, “He was a medical doctor in the South Pacific during World War II. He had a camera, he had the chemicals, and he told his story with the photographs he produced. The soldier/surgeon came home; he delivered baby boomers and raised his own extended family in a postwar world. As part of his extended family, I grew up happy, safe, and instilled with compassion and a can-do attitude.”

Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Diane Campbell Green’s new book is a touching read on the life of one man who made a difference and touched the hearts of generations through his heart of gold.
