With 16 years of experience, Tripodi brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry and, in particular, his area of expertise, residential loans and lending services. When asked what inspired him to pursue a career in mortgages, Tripodi said:

"I felt like I understood people, and when you understand people, you have a knack for sales. And I considered my experience in banking and some experience in business management and behavioral assessment, and I felt like mortgage lending would allow me to combine several talents I already had."
