Cardiologists choose DigiView Image Management & Reporting Systems for a variety of reasons.

Baton Rouge Clinic in Baton Rouge, La., Little Rock Cardiology Clinic, P.A. in Little Rock, Ark., IMAGEPACE in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Columbia Cardiology Associates in Portland Ore., implement Digisonics DigiView systems.

HOUSTON - The Baton Rouge Clinic in Baton Rouge, La., implemented Digisonics DataLink modules to automatically transmit patient biometry from the site's new Philips HD15 ultrasound machine to the DigiView Image Management & Structured Reporting System.

The DigiView system was recently implemented at Little Rock Cardiology Clinic, P.A. in Little Rock, Ark., where clinicians will utilize DigiView's excellent digital imaging capabilities for reading and reviewing echo, stress echo and vascular studies, and will employ a Digisonics Gateway Monitor to monitor and record all DICOM network transmissions.

In Cincinnati, Ohio, IMAGEPACE, a medical imaging core laboratory, will be implementing DigiNet Pro, a web-based imaging and structured reporting system with the same functionalities as the DigiView Image Management & Reporting System, but accessible anywhere at anytime with an Internet connection.

Columbia Cardiology Associates in Portland, Ore., will be utilizing DigiView Search, a comprehensive and configurable data mining application that will enable users to perform queries using any combination of database fields. The easily customizable searches can also be used to extract clinical information for use in research, produce statistical summaries and increase revenue by tracking activity from referring physicians. The data can then be exported directly to Excel or ASCII.
