BroadwayCon Welcomes Sheri Sanders as Guest Artist to Launch Rock the Audition
New York, NY, January 3, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Sheri Sanders, celebrated performance coach, will be launching her new Rock the Audition - Pre-Professional Rock Musical Training Program, a collaboration with theatrical Buzzfeed phenom Theatre Nerds, at BroadwayCon on Saturday, January 28th at 3:00 PM.
Sheri uses her platform to address major social issues in young people and will be extending that on Huffington Post in mid-January. Since Sheri Sanders’s Hal Leonard book, Rock The Audition, was published in 2011, Sanders has blazed a trail by innovating the education of the significant relationship between popular music, pop culture, and performance.
As the most sought-after pop/rock performance coach for stage and screen, Sheri has created Rock-The-Audition, a website which provides a revolutionary online training program for performers and their teachers with custom cut and arranged sheet music, backing tracks, videos on technique and style, and master classes to fully develop the relationship between popular music and musical theatre.
