ANDRUS Approves Salary Increase, Hits New York State Target Early
Yonkers, NY, January 27, 2017 (Newswire.com) - ANDRUS President and CEO Bryan R. Murphy is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved raising the minimum base salary for ANDRUS employees, and that the new policies are already effective.

The ANDRUS Board of Directors and administration have been meeting regularly to discuss improving earnings and benefits for all employees. In an effort to maintain the high caliber of staff and attract more expertise, the Board of Directors announced that it has approved raising the minimum base salary for full-time employees at ANDRUS to $15-an-hour, effective December 30th, 2016.
Governor Cuomo of New York recently signed into law an increase to the minimum wage across the state to $15-an-hour. The multi-year phase-in plan has already begun, with all businesses to reach the new target for wages by the end of 2018.
ANDRUS is proud to be the first of many organizations to have already met the new target, and will continue to work to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to high standards of employment and compensation.
