Sarah T. indicated that her experience at 8Elements Marketing has been the launching point of her dream career and that she is truly grateful to Carrie and the other managers for their unwavering support and the opportunities they have given her.
“I attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette,” she continued. “There I studied fashion merchandising and minored in marketing. I had a really great experience at college and learned a lot about not only marketing but also how to take care of customers. I think this experience is part of the reason I have been successful at 8Elements Marketing.”
After graduating, Sarah took some time to find the right career. She worked in the airline industry, where she rose to a management position. This taught her about effective customer service and how to run a team effectively. Ultimately, she decided it wasn’t the area for her. Her subsequent job search is what led her to the marketing firm.
“I was immediately impressed by the energy here,” she said. “Every day begins with an intense impact meeting. We discuss goals, progress, learning, and everything else that affects the business. After that, I normally get out in the field and meet and greet lots of people. Much of my time is dominated by talking about the products we represent.”
In the long term, Sarah hopes to open her own boutique for men’s fashions. She believes that this dream of hers has been made possible in large part to her time at 8Elements Marketing. “I’d really like to thank Rachael Zoe and the company owner, Carrie.
