On the face of it the question of whether or not you can sell your timeshare seems to be a resounding YES! However like anything, it is always advisable to find out all the facts. The costs associated, how long will it take for the sale to go through, when your liability finishes with regards to the maintenance fees, are there any taxes to pay etc.
Timeshare for many people has and still is a great experience. For others, however, it has put them and their families in an unnecessary situation which has become a financial burden to them.
