McMillin Realty Holds Leadership Symposium to Honor Top Agents
Online, May 22, 2013 (Newswire.com) - McMillin Realty recently honored their top agents at a Leadership Symposium luncheon. The event was held at The Prado in Balboa Park and featured Mark Johnson, a coach with the Tom Ferry Coaching Company, as a speaker. Mr. Johnson spoke of key strategies to grow a business and to represent more traditional sellers in today's market. He focused upon the various funnels from which a real estate's business comes, and how to enhance service to each funnel.
"A significant number of agents in our company are high producers, who have worked in real estate for many years, who serve many people in our community, and whose sales volumes range from over $5 Million to over $100 Million," said Isabel Hall, Senior Vice President of McMillin Realty, "These are phenomenal agents, and we want to continue to bring in top speakers, with unique ideas to keep these valuable agents on the cutting edge of progress in our industry."
The Leadership Symposium inspires agents to work to distinguish themselves as leaders both in the company and the community. McMillin Realty is proud to honor their company leaders and to encourage all of the real estate professionals in their organization to strive for greatness.
McMillin Realty, serving South County, San Diego Downtown/Metro and Coastal communities, has operated as a San Diego real estate brokerage for over 50 years.
McMillin Realty was started over 40 years ago by Corky McMillin with one mission in mind; to be the best real estate company in San Diego. We were built on principles that Corky stood behind; integrity, reputation, respect, knowledge of the industry and a desire to give his clients the best service possible. That mission stands just as strong today as it did 40 years ago. We take pride in our employees, sales people and work ethic. We value our clients and their families, just as we value our own.
